The Barriers to
Execution
Most fashion founders fail before their first sample arrives. Identifying the pitfalls is the first step toward building a sustainable production roadmap.
Lack of Factory Trust
Finding a factory in another country is a big risk. Without trusted partners, you can face poor quality, no replies, and late orders that waste your money.
Sampling Confusion
Most founders get stuck in an endless 'sampling loop'. Without a technical production vocabulary, you cannot provide the specific feedback required to move from prototype to production-ready retail quality.
Fabric Overwhelm
Navigating fabric markets without an expert guide leads to choosing materials that are either too expensive for your margins or unsuitable for your specific silhouettes. Sourcing knowledge is the founder’s ultimate leverage.
Margin Blindness
Calculating only the cost-per-piece is a fatal mistake. We expose the hidden logistics, export fees, dyeing minimums, and manufacturing nuances that dictate whether your brand is actually profitable.
