The Immersive Path to Your First Collection

Factory to Fashion is a rare, highly selective 4-day immersive experience in Bali for founders serious about launching a fashion brand.

This is not theory—it is real factory access, production education, and direct supplier relationships that bridge the gap between concept and collection. .

The Barriers to
Execution

Most fashion designersfail before their first sample arrives. Identifying the pitfalls is the first step toward building a sustainable production roadmap.

Lack of Factory Trust

Finding a factory in another country is a big risk. Without trusted partners, you can face poor quality, no replies, and late orders that waste your money.

Sampling Confusion

Most designers get stuck in an endless 'sampling loop'. Without a technical production vocabulary, you cannot provide the specific feedback required to move from prototype to production-ready retail quality.

Fabric Overwhelm

Navigating fabric markets without an expert guide leads to choosing materials that are either too expensive for your margins or unsuitable for your specific silhouettes. Sourcing knowledge is the designers ultimate leverage.

The Outcome

You will stop guessing. You will know what to do next. Participants leave with the foundation needed to launch with confidence.

Trusted Factory Access

Gain guaranteed entry into a boutique Bali factory that works with high-quality brands. Build direct supplier relationships that usually take years to establish.

Production Clarity

Learn how the production process works from the first sample to the final one. Understand the common problems that can happen along the way — like miscommunication, sizing issues, colour mistakes, and more.

Sourcing & Printing

Deep dive into fabric categories, printing methods, and dyeing processes.

Strategic Roadmap

Leave with a step-by-step roadmap to your first fashion collection. Learn range planning fundamentals and logistical overviews for export, labeling, and freight to move forward with clarity.
